The Mission of the United Ryukyu Kempo Alliance in New Zealand is to provide the most authentic Ryukyu Kempo Karate instruction available in New Zealand.

By ensuring that only the most dedicated and committed Instructors are allowed to teach under the guidance of URKA (NZ), we will continue to excel in teaching Traditional Ryukyu Kempo Karate as it was intended by its founder Taika Seiyu Oyata.

Our Mission is further supported by the United Ryukyu Kempo Alliance World Headquarters through the Alliance Mission Statement:

The Ryukyu Kempo Alliance is an organisation formed to bring sincere martial artists together in brotherhood.

A group of Martial Artists who believe in the traditional concept of One Heart, One Mind, and One Spirit who uplift each other with support and pride in friendship.
